spent six months in Paris and after an impressing visit in Louvre he began his training in painting

moved to Munich and had an education with recognized impressionists
My numerous journeys by car to all European countries and also my journeys by boat, even as a skipper in the Mediterranean and Caribbean Sea enriched my whole life and influence my work

Four years he studied at Axel-Andersson-Akademie Hamburg and attended a seminar at monastery Steinfeld

my family and I moved to Mechernich, Eifel. There I built a studio and since then I work as a freelance painter
My development led me from the Impressionismus across the Pointilismus to the Neo-Impressionismus and after this I created my own palette knife technique, named by myself “Sectorismus”. A period of abstract works followed

I developed from my experiences with the preceding used painting techniques in the Contemporary Landscapes Painting a modern technique called “Ölpixel-Technik”. The individual interpretation of the landscape is my aim and with this technique new autonomous harmonies which exist parallel to nature are possible to portray

Especially the elements air, earth and water are the basis of my work.
